Each return or refund request will be handled on a case by case basis.  Please be assured that if there is a legitimate concern related to our products that warrants action, we will make it right with one of three options. We may exchange your product with a new one of equal, value.  we may refund you the purchase price, or we may offer a discount on a future purchase.  Here at Diesel Beard Company we strive to ensure every customer is pleased with their purchase and will act with both the customer's and companies best interests in mind.  All of these options will be handled in writing by emailing dieselbeardcompany@gmail.com.
